２０１３年、ユネスコ無形文化遺産に登録された「和食」。その和食の中心地であり観光地としても世界的に人気の高い京都において、より多くの方々に伝統を受け継ぎ進化した和食と日本酒に触れてもらうべく、2019年の春に満を持してオープンするのが私たち「THE KYOTO KITCHEN」なのです。
In 2013, Japanese traditional cuisine “Washoku” was added to Unesco’s Intangible Cultural Heritage list. This Spring, we are proud to open “THE KYOTO KITCHEN” – A place where you can come and enjoy the taste of Japanese food and Sake that have been careful crafted over centuries, in the historically rich city of Kyoto.
